Lucky Ledger Privacy Policy
zenith.4leaf (“we”) respects the privacy of everyone who uses the Lucky Ledger app (the “App”). Your ledger data is stored only on your device by default. We do not collect it on our own servers or view it.
행운가계부 개인정보처리방침
zenith.4leaf(이하 “운영자”)는 행운가계부 앱(이하 “앱”)을 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다. 앱의 가계부 기록은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 운영자는 이를 별도 서버로 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다.
1. Information the App handles and why
The App has no account sign-up, and we run no servers of our own.

- Voice input, receipt photos and text shared into the App are used only to fill in entry fields. Photos and recordings are not kept.
- The App contains no analytics, tracking or location SDKs.
제1조 (처리하는 정보와 목적)
운영자는 회원가입을 받지 않으며, 운영자가 직접 운영하는 서버도 없습니다. 앱이 다루는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

- 음성 입력·영수증 사진·공유받은 문자는 입력 칸을 채우는 데에만 쓰고, 사진이나 녹음을 따로 보관하지 않습니다.
- 앱에는 사용 통계·행동 추적·위치 수집 도구가 없습니다.
2. Device permissions
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature. Everything else works if you decline.

제2조 (앱이 요청하는 기기 권한)
모든 권한은 해당 기능을 쓸 때만 요청하며, 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

권한은 휴대폰 설정 › 앱 › 행운가계부에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
3. Sharing with third parties and service providers
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. When you turn on the features below, the provider’s service processes the related data.

- Drive backups are saved in a hidden app-only folder in your own Drive. We cannot access them.
- With family sharing on, only the accounts the admin assigns, plus shared accounts, are shared with invited family members. Shared files are encrypted with a family key (AES-256).
- If we add ads (such as Google AdMob) or paid features (Google Play or App Store in-app purchases), we will update this policy with the data and providers involved before they go live.
제3조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공·처리 위탁)
운영자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 다음 기능을 직접 켜면 해당 회사의 서비스를 통해 정보가 처리됩니다.

- 드라이브 백업은 이용자 드라이브의 앱 전용 숨김 폴더에 저장되며, 운영자는 그 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 가족 공유를 켜면 관리자가 맡긴 자산과 공용 자산 기록이 초대받은 가족 계정에만 공유됩니다. 공유 파일은 가족 키(AES-256)로 암호화됩니다.
- 향후 광고(Google AdMob 등)나 유료 결제(Google Play·App Store 인앱 결제)를 도입하면, 시행 전에 이 방침에 처리 항목과 제공자를 추가하고 알립니다.
4. Use of Google user data
The App uses Google Drive access only to back up and restore your ledger and to create and manage family sharing folders. It does not read or change Drive files the App did not create. The App’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is not used for advertising or AI training and is not transferred to others.
제4조 (구글 사용자 데이터의 사용)
앱은 구글 드라이브 권한을 백업·복원과 가족 공유 폴더 생성·권한 관리에만 사용합니다. 앱이 만들지 않은 다른 드라이브 파일은 읽거나 바꾸지 않습니다. 구글 API로 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 따르며, 광고나 AI 학습에 쓰지 않고 제3자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
5. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device is deleted immediately when you uninstall the App or use Settings › Reset data.
- Only the 10 most recent Drive backups are kept; older ones are deleted automatically. To remove all of them, open Google Drive › Settings › Manage apps and choose “Delete hidden app data” for Lucky Ledger.
- Family sharing files stay in the admin’s Drive after sharing stops. The admin can delete them in Drive.
- To disconnect Google, sign out in the App or remove Lucky Ledger under Google Account › Security › Third-party connections.
제5조 (보관 기간과 파기)
- 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 삭제, 또는 설정 › 데이터 초기화 시 즉시 지워집니다.
- 드라이브 백업은 최근 10개만 남기고 오래된 것은 자동으로 지웁니다. 전부 지우려면 구글 드라이브 › 설정 › 앱 관리에서 행운가계부의 “숨김 앱 데이터 삭제”를 선택하세요.
- 가족 공유 파일은 공유를 중지해도 관리자의 드라이브에 남으며, 관리자가 드라이브에서 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- 구글 연결을 끊으려면 앱에서 로그아웃하거나 구글 계정 › 보안 › 타사 앱 액세스에서 행운가계부의 접근을 삭제하세요.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit, delete and export your records to Excel inside the App at any time. Because we do not hold your data, no separate access or deletion request is needed. You can still contact us with any question.
제6조 (이용자의 권리)
이용자는 언제든 앱 안에서 자신의 기록을 열람·수정·삭제하고 엑셀 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 별도의 열람·삭제 요청 절차가 필요 없으나, 궁금한 점은 아래 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.
7. Security
- Your App PIN is hashed and kept in the device’s secure storage.
- Family sharing files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The admin’s recovery key is locked again with the App PIN.
- All network traffic uses Google’s encrypted connections (HTTPS).
제7조 (안전성 확보 조치)
- 앱 PIN은 해시되어 기기 보안 저장소에 보관됩니다.
- 가족 공유 파일은 AES-256-GCM으로 암호화되며, 관리자 복구용 키는 앱 PIN으로 다시 잠깁니다.
- 통신은 모두 구글의 암호화 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 14 (under 13 in the United States) and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes on this page and in the App’s update notes at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that reduce your rights.

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 시행 7일 전까지 알리며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전까지 알립니다.
